and "Eclair Pistache" MONTAIR has introduced "Choux Alacrème Pistache" and "Eclair Pistache". They will be available at supermarkets in some areas from Wednesday, March 1 to Friday, March 31.

Pistache

Puff pastry with a rich pistachio flavor. The pistachio cream is made with pistachio paste, white chocolate, and homemade custard cooked in a copper oven using pasteurized milk and fresh eggs. The salty flavor is used as a secret ingredient to enhance the milky sweetness of the white chocolate and to accentuate the savory and rich nutty flavor of the pistachios.

The product will be sold in the Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kinki and Chugoku-Shikoku regions. Estimated price is 138 yen (tax included).

Eclair Pistache

: Pistachio cream filled with eclair dough and coated with milk-flavored chocolate. The sweetness and saltiness of the pistachio cream, which is a blend of white chocolate and homemade custard, has been adjusted to balance the sweetness and saltiness when combined with the chocolate coating. The milk-flavored chocolate and cream overlap each other, and the mild taste of pistachio and chocolate, which is different from that of cream puffs, can be enjoyed.
