Fujiya Confectionery Strawberry Fair

Fujiya Confectionery will hold a "Strawberry Fair" from December 26 (Monday). The store will sequentially release special sweets using carefully selected strawberries only available during this season.

Mont Blanc with Royal Queen Puree from

Prefecture Mont Blanc with Royal Queen puree from Tochigi Prefecture. Strawberry-flavored sponge with a hint of Royal Queen sauce is topped with mascarpone cream and Royal Queen cream.


The entire cake expresses the bright red color that is characteristic of the Royal Queen. The top surface is finished with chanterelles cream, royal queen sauce, and raspberry crispies.

The product goes on sale on Monday, December 26. Priced at 490 yen (tax included, same below).

Torte with Ghanaian cacao mass and Amaou strawberries

Chocolate sponge sandwiched between bitter Ghanaian cacao mass cream and Amaou strawberry ganache, with a sour taste accentuated by the Amaou strawberry ganache. The top is covered with a bright red Amao-strawberry glaze. The sweet and sour taste of the strawberries and the bitterness of the cacao mass create an exquisite harmony.

Tochigi-grown Tochiaika & Milky

Cream Puff. A cream puff filled with light custard cream and condensed milk cream with Tochiaika sauce, a brand-name strawberry produced in Tochigi Prefecture. You can enjoy the mild taste of Tochiaika produced in Tochigi Prefecture.


It will go on sale on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Price: 160 yen.

Premium roll cake with snowy strawberries

: A roll cake made with milk chanterelle cream and white chocolate to resemble snow. The sponge made from domestic wheat is sandwiched between milk chanterie cream and domestic strawberries. The top is decorated with snowman and snowflake motifs, chocolate attachments, and Japanese strawberries, and is finished with glittering silver leaf sugar.


It will go on sale on January 6, 2023 (Fri.). Approximately 145mm long, priced at 2,000 yen.

Domestic Strawberry Pudding Shortcake

The popular strawberry pudding shortcake is back again this year. The shortcake is filled with premium Chantilly cream and Japanese strawberries, and topped with custard pudding. Decorated with Japanese strawberries for a spring-like appearance.

Red Mille Crepe with Strawberries

Layers of crepe dough topped with Amao-strawberry cream and a tart Amao-strawberry sauce. The strawberry pulp glaze gives the crepe a more strawberry-like flavor.

Oven-baked Double Cream Puff (Kushiro Mascarpone and Japanese Strawberries)

On sale on January 13, 2023 (Fri.), priced at 399 yen. Price: 399 yen.
