elling Winter Menu Kirfevon, a fruit tart specialty store, will start selling its winter menu on December 1. In addition to tarts filled with fruits such as pears, apples, and strawberries, winter tarts will appear one after another, including those filled with chocolate and cream, which are recommended for the cold season. Tarts using "White Strawberry 'Fragrance of First Love'" and "Red Hoppe," which appear every year, will also be available in succession.

The winter menu will be available from December 1. The sales period will differ depending on the product. Some items will not be available from December 21 to 25 due to the limited Christmas menu.

Available at all Quilfebont stores (Grand Maison Ginza, Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi, Aoyama, Yokohama, Shizuoka, Hamamatsu, Grand Front Osaka, Kyoto, Fukuoka, Sendai).

Tart made with mascarpone cream mousse with plenty of condensed milk and flavorful strawberries. This original tiramisu combines the texture of cornflake sablé and raisins scattered on top, condensed milk sauce and sweet and sour strawberry jam soaked into the sponge in between, and the flavors of each.
