This year, three types of shortcake tarts using brand-name strawberries will be sold in relay throughout the event period. The items on sale will differ depending on the store.
Kagawa "Sorafukiichigo" Shortcake Tart - Chocolate flavor -Sorafukiichigo" strawberries are grown at low temperatures so that they ripen slowly and produce strawberries with high sugar content. This tart combines the rich sweetness and firm texture of "Sorafukiichigo" with chocolate. The bittersweet cocoa pie is layered with chocolate cream and chocolate custard, and then covered with pure white cream and red strawberries to create a shortcake-like appearance.
