at KIRFEBON All KIRFEBON stores will start spring menu on March 1 (Wed.). A series of gorgeous spring-like tarts will appear one after another (the sales period differs depending on the product).

Cherry Blossom Cream and Green Tea Brulee Tart

This tart combines cherry blossom-flavored cream and rich green tea brulee, perfect for spring. The sweet and simple taste of white beans cooked in milk can be enjoyed together with the refreshing sourness of mango chosen as an accent, and the elegant aroma of the cherry blossom sauce.


Priced at 864 yen for a piece and 8,640 yen for a whole (25 cm) (tax included, same below). The product will be on sale from March 16 to April 15.

Naruto-kintoki "satomusume" and sesame tart, produced in Satoura, Tokushima Prefecture

. This tart is baked with sesame seeds added and filled with a savory white sesame crème brûlée. The tart is topped with a generous amount of sweet potato simmered in milk and finished with a mellow cream reminiscent of cherry blossoms.


Prices are 745 yen for a piece and 7,452 yen for a whole (25cm). The product will be on sale from March 16 to the end of April.

Five

Kinds of Citrus Tart

: Five kinds of citrus fruits, which are in season in spring, are used in abundance. This refreshing tart combines rich cream with a mild sourness and custard cream.


Priced at 972 yen for a piece and 9,720 yen for a whole (25cm). It will be on sale from March 1 to April 15.

White Strawberry

Shortcake Tart with "Fragrance of First Love"

White strawberries are ready to eat when the seeds turn red. A buttery pie crust is layered with a white chocolate ganache, and the rich aroma and abundant juice of the "Aroma of First Love" shortcake is sandwiched in between. It is also recommended as a gift for White Day.


Prices are 1,782 yen for a piece, 8,316 yen for a whole (17cm), and 17,820 yen for a whole (25cm). The product will be on sale from March 1 to March 15.

Cheese soufflé tart with "Benihoppe" and white chocolate

. The cheese soufflé tart is moist and baked with white chocolate, and the sweet and sour sauce and "Benihoppe" are used to create a brightly colored tart. The combination of the richness of the cheese, the moderate acidity of the strawberries, and the cream is exquisite.


Priced at 842 yen for a piece and 8,424 yen for a whole (25cm). On sale from March 1 to March 15.

Thompson

Tart

: Thompson tart with a thin, crispy crust and juicy, sweet and sour flavor, decorated all over the tart, combined with refreshing sour cream and custard cream.


Priced at 885 yen for a piece and 8,856 yen for a whole (25 cm). The product will be on sale from March 1 to May 15. Smaller whole cakes (15 cm to 21 cm) are also available.

Shiranui "Asamitsuki" Tart, produced in Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture

. Characterized by its protruding forehead, "Shiranui" is a citrus fruit with a good balance of sweet and sour. This tart combines its fresh flavor with vanilla-flavored pudding and cherry-flavored cream.


Priced at 756 yen for a piece and 7,560 yen for a whole (25cm). Available from March 1 to the end of March.

Orange Tart

: A well-balanced tart with bitter chocolate cream, orange-flavored cream, and liqueur-soaked fresh oranges.


Priced at 820 yen for a piece and 7,387 yen for a whole (21cm). Available from March 1 to the end of April.

Pistachio Tiramisu Tart

A cocoa-flavored pie crust layered with white chocolate and pistachios. The tart has an orange flavor that enhances the pistachio flavor, and the texture of the white chocolate and pistachios can be enjoyed.


Priced at 777 yen for a piece and 9,331 yen for a whole (25 cm). The product will be on sale from March 1 to the end of March.
