ate Summer Figs" A popular fig fair "Late Summer Figs" will be held at KIRFEBON stores for five days from August 23 to August 27. You can fully enjoy the plump, juicy, and delicate texture of figs.

During this period, a total of four types of fig tarts will be available. The lineup includes "Fig Tart - Shortcake Style," "Fig Pound Tart with Five Kinds of Fruits," "Fig Tart with Figs "Toyomitsuhime" from Fukuoka Prefecture," and "Fig Tart with Chocolate Cream.

Fig Tart - Shortcake Style

This tart consists of a layer of custard cream with sour cream and sponge, decorated with large figs and cream. The crispy pie is accented with layers of figs and raspberry jam, giving it a shortcake-like appearance. Priced at 907 yen per piece (tax included) or 9,072 yen for a whole (25cm).

Wave-shaped Tart with Five Kinds of Fruits and Fig Pound

This tart combines fig pound with five kinds of juicy fruits. The refreshing flavors of grapes and berries and the gently sweet figs combine to create a mouthwatering taste. Priced at 1,058 yen per piece and 15,584 yen for a whole (25cm).

Fig "Toyomitsuhime" Tart from Fukuoka Prefecture

The "Toyomitsuhime" figs and custard cream spread over the entire surface of the tart, a tart that is simple but allows you to fully enjoy the flavor of the ingredients. The fig jam made with "Toyomitsuhime" accentuates the tartness of the tart. Prices range from 820 yen per piece to 8,208 yen for a whole cake (25cm).

Small sized whole cakes are also available.

Fig and chocolate cream tart

This tart uses an abundance of brightly colored Hourai persimmons, which are in season now. It is combined with a richly flavored chocolate custard. The tartness of the blackcurrant and the crispy texture of the thin layer of chocolate on the tart are accented by the sourness of the blackcurrants. The price is 972 yen per piece and 9,720 yen for a whole (25cm).
