Korakuen "Soy Milk Ramen

Korakuen will sell "Soy Milk Ramen" in collaboration with Kikkoman Soy Foods "Prepared Soy Milk". The miso-based soup combines the mildness of soy milk with fresh vegetables such as potherb mustard, komatsuna, kikurage mushrooms, bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, and carrots.

Soy Milk Ramen" is a collaboration between Korakuen and Kikkoman Soy Foods "Prepared Soy Milk" and will be available from June 6 to July 20.

Korakuen's signature miso-based soup is combined with the mildness of soy milk, and fresh vegetables such as potherb mustard, komatsuna, kikurage mushrooms, bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, and carrots are added. The richness and sweetness are further enhanced. The creamy soup is well mixed with medium-thick noodles, and as you slurp the noodles, the aroma of the soup fills your mouth with a pleasant sensation.

Soy milk, made mainly from soybeans, is rich in protein and a variety of other nutrients that support good health. Following the " Natto Miso Ramen," this flavorful bowl of soup was created in pursuit of "taste and health.

The Soy Milk Ramen is priced at 540 yen (tax included). Sold at 348 suburban stores. It will not be sold at food court stores.
