Ministop will sell "Oshima-supervised Miso Ramen," a ramen supervised by Takeshi Oshima, owner of the ramen specialty restaurant "Oshima" in Funabori, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo. The price is 645.84 yen (tax included).

Miso Ramen under Oshima's Supervision

A thick soup with the richness of miso, the umami of pork bones, and the flavors of garlic and ginger. The soup is topped with thickened broth, shredded bamboo shoots, diced pork chashu, bean sprouts, and grated ginger to create a taste close to that of the restaurant.

About Oshima

Trained for 12 years at the famous Sapporo miso ramen restaurant Sumire, Oshima opened his restaurant in 2013. It features thick, slightly frizzled noodles with a chewy texture. The restaurant serves evolved Sapporo Miso Ramen with a strong miso flavor based on animal and vegetable ingredients, with garlic and ginger added.
