Korakuen will introduce a limited-time "Natto Miso Ramen" from Korakuen. This menu item is a collaboration with "Okame Natto" from Takano Foods and will be available from April 22 to June 5. The price is 490 yen (tax included). Natto alone is also available for 50 yen, and can be served with other ramen noodles if desired.

Korakuen Natto Miso Ramen

Korakuen's own miso-based soup is used to go with Okame natto. Pork and chicken guts are cooked in the broth, which is then combined with shiitake mushrooms, kelp, dried bonito flakes, dried sardines, and other seafood to create a flavorful and rich taste.

The flavor and umami are then brought out in a miso sauce made by kneading together Shinshu miso, savory vegetables, and spices, and the combination with natto gives the soup a deeper flavor. It is also said to feature a variety of nutrients, including protein.

Both of these dishes can be ordered at any of Korakuen's 348 suburban stores. They are not available at food court outlets.
