Cozy Princess (Sato Nishiki)

This seasonal petit decorated cake is decorated with three luxurious "Sato Nishiki" cherries, which have an elegant aroma and fresh sweetness. The fluffy sponge is sandwiched between cherry jam and apricot cream, with a ruffled cherry-flavored cream filling. The sweetness of Sato Nishiki, the gently sweet cream, and the slightly sweet and tart jam are a perfect match. The price is 669 yen (tax included). On sale from June 3 to around June 30.


Sato Nishiki is a variety of cherries created in Yamagata Prefecture during the Taisho era (1912-1926). It is a crossbreed between "Napoleon," which has slightly firm and sour flesh, and "Kioyama," which has yellow flesh and high sugar content. Known as the king of cherries, it is characterized by its deep, beautiful ruby skin, thick flesh with plenty of juice, and elegant sweetness with just the right amount of acidity.

Cherry Pie

A flavorful pie layered with custard and topped with a generous amount of fresh sour red sour cherries and rich sweet dark sweet cherries. The juicy pulpiness and sweetness of the cherries, the pie, and the custard are a perfect match. The price is 496 yen (tax included). Available from June 3 to September 15.
