Cocos will hold a monthly fair "Seasonal Hitosara - June" featuring seasonal vegetables from June 1 (except Yamaguchi Ube Airport store). The "Summer Vegetables and Smoked Cheese Wrapped Grilled Hamburger Steak (115g (4.06oz))" and "Summer Vegetables and Steamed Chicken with Thick Sesame Sauce Cold Noodles" will be available.

Seasonal Hitosara - June

Responding to customers' requests for more seasonal items, the fair features seasonal-themed items every month, with June featuring two items that allow diners to fully enjoy summer vegetables. The first is Cocos' classic wrapped grilled hamburger steak with juicy meat and summer vegetables, and the second is chilled noodles with thick sesame sauce, perfect for the early summer season. Cocos' classic wrapped grilled hamburger steak can be enjoyed with seasonal vegetables. The juicy hamburger steak overflowing with juices, bell peppers, green beans, eggplant, tomatoes, and young corn are well mixed with rich smoked cheese and a rich meat sauce. The mellow aroma of the hamburger steak, five kinds of vegetables, smoked bacon, and smoked cheese spreads as soon as the foil is opened. Priced at 759 yen (tax included, same below). ＋The hamburger can be changed to a 150g (5.29oz) hamburger for +220 yen.

Chilled Noodles with Summer Vegetables and Steamed Chicken in Thick Sesame Sauce

A dish of colorful summer vegetables served with chilled noodles. The chilled noodles with thick sesame sauce are topped with a large eggplant and bell pepper, tender juicy steamed chicken, and an onsen tamago (hot spring egg). When you crack open the onsen tamago (hot spring egg), the thick yolk is mixed with the noodles and ingredients to create a mellow flavor. The savory flavor of golden ground sesame sprinkled on top can also be enjoyed. The price is 979 yen.
