Aya Bento Series

The theme of the "Aya Bento Series" is "Magowa Yasashi," which is the watchword for healthy Japanese food. The word "Magowa Yasashi" is taken from the first letter of ingredients that should be consumed for a well-balanced diet, including beans, sesame seeds, seaweeds such as wakame, vegetables, fish, mushrooms such as shiitake mushrooms, and potatoes.

The "Sai-Sai Bento" series is a series of bento dishes that contain a variety of side dishes in a well-balanced way with less rice and "Magowa Yasashi" ingredients. This time, the ingredients in each dish have been enhanced to make them more satisfying to eat. The colorful side dishes are a feast for the eyes.
