Cocos Seasonal Hitosara - March -

Two types of "Seasonal Hitosara - March" menus are now available at Cocos. The "Pasta with Rape Blossoms and Kama-age White Shrimp - Sardinian Crusted Shrimp" and "Spring Vegetables and Smoked Bacon in Cream Wrapped Grilled Hamburger Steak" will be available from March 1 to late March 2023.

Pasta with Rape Blossoms and Kama-age

White

Shrimp with Sardinian Calamari "Pasta with Rape Blossoms and Kama-age White Shrimp with Sardinian Calamari" is a special dish using rare white shrimp and calamari from Sardinia, a luxury ingredient in Italy.

The savory oil sauce made from shrimp and clam broth is used as the base for the dish, which is combined with large, cut, bittersweet seasonal rape blossoms, salted and boiled white shrimp with an exquisite sweet and salty taste, and crustaceans with a rich, delicious flavor. Topped with crispy almonds. A squeeze of lemon on the side adds a refreshing flavor. The green rape blossoms, pure white shrimp, and yellow crow's feet give the dish a spring-like appearance. Priced at 1,089 yen (tax included, same as below).

acon in Cream Wrapped Grilled Hamburger Steak "Spring Vegetables and Smoked Bacon in Cream Wrapped Grilled Hamburger Steak" is a seasonal dish featuring Cocos' classic wrapped grilled hamburger steak with seasonal rape blossoms and bamboo shoots. The mild cream sauce has a secret ingredient of Coco's special soy sauce, giving it a rich flavor.

The bitterness of the rape blossoms, the savory flavor of the bamboo shoots, and the delicious meatiness of the smoked bacon and hamburger steak combine with the cream sauce to create an addictive taste experience. The crunchy rape blossoms and bamboo shoots with the cream sauce are very satisfying.

The hamburger steak 145g (5.11oz) size is priced at 1,089 yen and 110g (3.88oz) size at 869 yen. A set that includes rice or stone oven bread, a drink bar, and a soup bar can be added for an additional 495 yen.


In principle, all of these items are available at all Cocos stores nationwide, but not at the Yamaguchi-Ube Airport store.
