Tohoku Lawson's Chilled Noodles

Cold ramen noodles supervised by popular ramen stores in various prefectures in the Tohoku area will go on sale on May 17 at Lawson stores in the prefectures where the respective ramen stores are located (excluding some stores). Each is priced at 559 yen (tax included).

Hirakoya Supervised Cold Niboshi Chuka-soba

A deep broth made from dried dried flatfish and Japanese anchovy, as well as dried mackerel and Urume (dried sea bream) knots, with chicken and pork Seitou (clear soup stock) for added flavor. It is served with chashu pork, boiled egg, menma (pickled bamboo shoots) cooked in the same dried soup stock as at the restaurant, and green onions.

Available at 279 Lawson stores in Aomori and Yono-cho, Iwate; Iwate and Akita prefectures were added to the sales area on May 31.

Yanagiya Supervised Cold Kimchi Natto Miso Ramen

A summer-only cold ramen version of Yanagiya's popular "Kimchi Natto" menu item. The soup is made with pork and white soybeans with the rich and spicy flavor of miso, and noodles that have just the right amount of elasticity to help it go down your throat.

Available at 178 Lawson stores in Iwate Prefecture (excluding Yono-cho), with Aomori and Akita prefectures added to the sales area on May 31.

Yunodai Shokudo supervised cold Chinese noodles

A cold ramen version of the signature "Chuka-Soba" menu item. The soup combines chicken and pork broth with dried bonito, dried bonito, and mackerel dashi to create a complex flavor. It is topped with chicken and pork double chashu pork, cucumber, green onion, and thin bamboo shoots dressed with black pepper.

Sold at 181 Lawson stores in Akita Prefecture; Aomori and Iwate prefectures were added to the sales area on May 31.

Cold Tai Dashi Shoyu Ramen under the supervision of Menmai Suginoya

Reproduction of the signature menu item "Tai Dashi Shoyu" in a cold ramen. A blend of two types of soy sauce and chicken oil is added to the seafood broth with a hint of sea bream broth, and the noodles have just the right amount of elasticity to match the rich, flavorful soup. Chicken chashu pork, boiled egg, pickled bamboo shoots, green onion, and wasabi (Japanese horseradish) are added as toppings.

Cold Shrimp Salt Chinese Cuisine under the supervision of Shiokotsubi

A reproduction of the summer-only "Cold Ebi Shio Chuka". The soup is made with soup stock made from dried shrimp, shrimp oil, and Mongolian rock salt to give it a mild saltiness, and noodles that go down smoothly. Toppings include shrimp, dried shrimp, boiled egg, thin bamboo shoots, and cucumber.

Japanese-style chilled ramen under the supervision of Bannai Shokudo

A light yet rich and tasty soy sauce-flavored soup made with bonito stock, chicken broth, and dark soy sauce, combined with original noodles that reproduce the frizziness of the aged, multi-added watery noodles that are a characteristic of Kitakata ramen. It is served with chashu pork, pickled bamboo shoots, green onions, and wasabi (Japanese horseradish).
