The new "Yuzu Negi Mentaiko Yamoro-Gake" is a confident product that is a more delicious version of the limited-time "Yuzu Negi Mentaiko" that was sold in 2019 and was very popular. The hot takoyaki is topped with a special yuzu ponzu sauce made with yuzu juice from Kitagawa Village in Kochi Prefecture, Japanese yam, two kinds of green onions (kujo onion and shiro negi), and authentic Hakata cod roe. The dish is topped with yuzu flakes.
