Vermicelli with mentaiko mayo
Ingredients (2 servings)
1 cod roe50 g dried vermicelli
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
A pinch of pepper
Diced nori (seaweed), to taste

Soak dried vermicelli in boiling water for about 3 minutes to soften. Drain and cut into bite-size pieces.Place the vermicelli in a large Tupperware or bowl and add the mentaiko, mayonnaise, sesame oil, and pepper, with the skin removed and broken up.
Mix well.
Place in a bowl and top with the desired amount of chopped nori.
