Sakiyoken will introduce "Steak and 10 Kinds of Vegetables Bento", which will be sold in stores from March 19 to April 30 at about 40 stores in Kanagawa area and about 10 stores in Tokyo area. It will also be available for pre-order at approximately 100 stores in the Kanagawa area and 10 stores in the Tokyo area. The retail price is 1,600 yen (tax included).

Steak and 10 kinds of vegetables

The staple is Saki Yoken's glutinous white rice topped with quinoa, a grain also known as a "superfood.

The main dish, "Beef Steak," is lean rump meat with little fat for a light and refreshing meal. It is said to be satisfying with just the right amount of chewiness. The soy sauce-based sauce with onions is said to go well with the accompanying vegetables.

Side dishes include "grilled vegetables," which are said to enjoy the flavor of onions and green peppers; "deep-fried pumpkin," which offers the sweetness of the dusty pumpkin and the texture of eringi mushrooms; and "pickles," a refreshing chopstick rest with the crunchy texture and refreshing taste of radish, carrot, celery, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper.

In addition to this, "komatsuna, beech mushrooms and corn with mustard sauce" is a Western-style salad with the spiciness of mustard and the flavor of butter in mayonnaise. Black pepper is used as an accent.
