The fruit tart specialty store, Quil Fébon, will hold the second edition of the "2022 Strawberry Fair - 30th History of Qu'il fait bon" from February 24 to March 21.

Thirty years have passed since the birth of the brand, and there are now more than 60 types of tarts using strawberries. From among these, 20 different strawberry tarts with different tastes and appearances were entered into the competition, and a vote was held on the official website of Quil Fait Bon. The top three products with the most votes will be sold.

Strawberry Mousse Tart with White Strawberries - Fragrance of First Love

The first place winner with 1,477 votes. This gorgeous tart is decorated with brightly colored strawberries and white strawberries with a sweet and rich aroma. Refreshingly tart strawberry puree is mixed with "Le Gall" cream cheese to create a mellow mousse. You can enjoy the combination of buttery pastry and strawberries. The price is 1,188 yen for a piece, and 11,880 yen for a 25cm hole (tax included, same as below).

Freshier's Tart - Pistachio Flavor

The second place winner with 1,097 votes. This tart is a pistachio flavored version of the traditional "Fresier" cake, which combines sweet and sour strawberries with a rich cream of buttercream and custard. The balance of strawberries and pistachios is carefully selected. The price is 1,080 yen for a piece, and 18,000 yen for a 25cm hole.

Strawberry and Custard Pudding Tart

The third place with 858 votes. This tart was inspired by the nostalgic pudding a la mode. Caramel flavored almond cream is baked, layered with vanilla flavored custard pudding and cream, and decorated with strawberries like a flower. The price is 777 yen for a piece, 7,776 yen for a 25cm hole.
