Kiroufe Bon "Matcha and Strawberry Tart

The fruit tart specialty store, Quil Fébon, will hold the third installment of the "2022 Strawberry Fair - 30th History of Qu'il fait bon" from March 22 to April 10.

Over the past 30 years, Quil Fait Bon has sold more than 60 types of tarts using strawberries. The three tarts that were voted the most popular by the associates (staff of Qu'il fait bon stores) will be on sale. The associates, who make and sell many kinds of tarts on a regular basis, have chosen tarts that are different from the others.

Matcha and Strawberry Tart

This tart combines the elegant and bittersweet taste of matcha with the refreshing aroma of strawberries. The butter-filled financier, rich mousse, and cream are all made with a generous amount of matcha. The gorgeous red and green colors are also a highlight. Koshihikari Tart with "Benihope" from Shizuoka Prefecture

Rice pudding is baked with fluffy cooked Koshihikari rice and elegantly sweet Dainagon. The tart is finished with a juicy, sweet and sour red-hoppe. Price: 1,058 yen for a piece, 1584 yen for a whole (25cm).

Akita Midori Pudding and Strawberry Tart

Akitamidori" green soybeans, carefully cooked to a gentle sweetness, are made into a rich pudding, and the tart is decorated with sweet and sour juicy strawberries. You can enjoy the elegant and nutritious flavor of the mashed green soybeans and the chunky texture of the gyuhi. Price: 864 yen for a piece, 8,640 yen for a whole (25cm).
