Japanese mustard spinach 1 bunch of green onions 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil 2 teaspoonsA little salt Chirimenjako 2-3 tablespoons

1 teaspoon soy sauce
How to make
Cut the Japanese mustard spinach into bite-sized pieces, and cut the green onions into small pieces.Heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a frying pan, add salt and fry the Japanese mustard spinach and green onions. When it becomes soft, transfer it to a colander and drain the juice.
