Saint Marc

A cake made from traditional French confectionery with a caramelised top surface that is unique to ISHIYA. It is composed of 3 layers, and each one is packed with commitment. The main body size is 150 mm in diameter and 45 mm in height. The box size is 190 mm long x 190 mm wide x 80 mm high.


The layer of biscuits and almonds is made from Hokkaido butter and almond poodle, which has a firm texture and a smooth texture. The crispy texture of caramel is an accent.

The layer of mascarpone mousse is made by combining smooth Hokkaido mascarpone with maple sugar that goes well with the caramel on the top. The richness and depth of mascarpone is brought out.

Dark chocolate is used for the layer of shoko mousse. While taking advantage of the firm taste of cacao, it enhances the sweetness of biscuits amand and mascarpone mousse.

It is also attractive that you can enjoy different tastes depending on the thawing time. After about 2 to 3 hours of half-thawing, you can enjoy the smooth texture of the thawed mascarpone mousse, the half-thawed cold chocolate mousse, and the slightly mature taste of dark chocolate. If you want to enjoy the creamy taste of mousse, we recommend thawing for about 7 hours.

Shibare Pre
