Saint Honoré Phrase

Saint Honoré Phrase is a limited cake for 4 to 5 people. Strawberries are added to the traditional French confectionery Saint Honoré and arranged in a heart shape.

Made with French fermented butter and crispy and fragrant pie dough and choux pastry, with a gentle sweet cream and strawberry acidity. Carnations are used for decoration to give a gorgeous finish. It will be sold at all 6 directly managed stores in Japan.

Sayanation

Sayanation is a limited cake for 4 people. The cake "Saya" made with the image of the beloved daughter of Mr. Sadaharu Aoki, a pastry chef, is in the shape of a flower.

The sweet and sour taste of strawberries, the umami and richness of pistachios, and the light texture and aroma of hazelnut sable are added. The decoration is accompanied by a heart-shaped chocolate plate along with carnations. It will be sold at all 6 directly managed stores in Japan.

Degustation

"Frozen Degustation Fet Dumer" is an assortment of eight small cakes that are one-size-fits-all. The contents are "Chocolat Pralan", "Cheese Cake Citrone", "Cassisie", "Bamboo", "Saya", "Valancia", "Saint Marc", and "Matcha Azuki".


It will be packed in a gorgeous Mother's Day limited package with a carnation motif and will be sold on the official online shopping site.

Coffret Rouge Petit

"Coffret Rouge Petit" is a gorgeous box with a cute carnation charm, packed with baked sweets of Aoki.

The contents are "Financier Nature", "Florentine (Natur Chocolat)", "Cookie (Vanille Chocolat)", and one limited "Madeleine Rose" and two "Sable Noisette". It is available at all 6 directly managed stores in Japan and the official online shopping site.

Coffret Rouge Moyan

"Coffret Rouge Moyan" is also packed with baked goods in a gorgeous box with a cute carnation charm.

The contents are "Madeleine Citron Bergamot", "Sable Noisette", "Florentine (Natur Chocolat)", "Cookie (Vanille Chocolat)", and the seasonal "Cake Caramel" where the rich taste of rum raisins overlaps with the depth of caramel. 1 piece, 2 pieces of "Madeleine Rose".
