6 peeled shrimp 1 bag 1 teaspoon potato starch1 teaspoon olive oil

How to make
Finely chop the shrimp. Loosen the hanpen by hand from the top of the bag.Mix shrimp, potato starch and salt in a bowl. Add hanpen and knead until sticky.
Divide into 4 equal parts and mold into a flat round shape.
Sprinkle olive oil in a frying pan, line up the hanpen, cover and bake on medium heat. When it is colored, turn it over, cover it again, and when the back side is also browned, it is complete.
