Eat and compare Knorr and Nichirei's "shark fin soup"

I tried and compared two kinds of boxed "shark fin soup" that can be made immediately by adding eggs and boiling. We prepared Knorr's "Knorr Soup Do Shark Fin Soup" and Nichirei's "Cantonese Shark Fin Soup".

・ Knorr
A soup made by adding high-quality fluffy fins and vegetables to a soup base with chicken stock and pork stock that follows the chef's handmade cooking process. You can enjoy a deep richness and high-quality flavored Chinese feast soup just by pouring in the beaten egg. The content is 180g (6.35oz), and one box can make soup for 3 to 4 servings.

All you need is one egg. Put 400 ml of water in a pan, dissolve the contents of the bag, bring to a boil while stirring, pour in the eggs and boil for a while to complete.

Knorr "shark fin soup"

Moderate thickness and the taste of chicken stock. Shark fins, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms are used as ingredients. The texture of bamboo shoots and the richness of shiitake mushrooms enhance the response. By using "Seto no Honjio", it seems that it is finished with a more salty taste.

・ Nichirei
Diluted type cooking soup with real shark fin. It seems that the decisive factor for the deep taste is the carefully selected in-house stock and Jinhua ham extract. Kamiyu is a high-quality dish that is the base of Chinese soup under the guidance of Chef Tanaka of "Shinbashi-tei" in Shinbashi, Tokyo.

Nichirei "Shark fin soup"

You also need one egg. Put the contents in 500 ml of hot water, pour in one beaten egg and let it boil for a while.

The ingredients include bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, shark fins, and wood ear mushrooms. Is the first bite a little quirky? I thought, but it's rich and delicious enough to drink.

Nichirei "Shark fin soup"

Nichirei "Shark fin soup"

Comparing the raw materials, Knorr uses chicken stock and pork stock. Nichirei uses chicken stock (chicken stock, chicken bouillon, chicken extract, dried scallops) and chicken extract. From the impression that I drank and compared, Knorr is a little refreshing and easy to drink, and Nichirei is richer and firmer. It seems to be similar, and when I drank it at the same time, the seasoning was different than expected.

The author prefers Nichirei soup, but Knorr is easier to drink for families who also compared the drinks. The taste seems to be different.

"Shark fin soup" is also recommended for stocking because it can be made immediately with one egg. Why don't you actually try the one you care about?
