Yoshinaga Kameya will release "Slice Yokan CACAO", a sister product of the sheet-shaped yokan "Slice Yokan" that is baked on bread, on January 20th. The price is 550 yen (excluding tax).
"Slice yokan" is a product that you can enjoy hot Ogura butter toast just by putting it on bread and toasting it. It is popular because of its ease of use and the deliciousness of Japanese sweets stores that have been in business for over 200 years.
"Slice yokan CACAO" is an idea that has been warmed up from the beginning of the development of sliced yokan, saying that its sister products have a good chocolate taste that adults and children can enjoy. By trial and error to make a clear distinction from chocolate-flavored spreads, we arrived at the Indian cacao of "Dandelion Chocolate". When you combine the sour cacao with yokan, it becomes like a fruity jam and goes well with bread. You can enjoy the authentic cacao scent, and the taste is finished to satisfy adults.
Place it on bread and bake it in a toaster to complete the hot Ogura butter + fondant chocolate toast. Tamba Dainagon Azuki bean Ogura yokan and cacao yokan are half and half, and you can enjoy it twice with one piece.
