Meiji The Chocolate" is a bean-to-bar chocolate that has been carefully selected from the cacao producing regions and is made by focusing on the various processes from the cacao bean to the chocolate. In addition to the current four products with 70% cacao content, two new products with 55% cacao content have been added to the lineup. The cacao mass is made from the cacao that has been carefully selected through efforts with cacao producing regions, and fermented and roasted to bring out the aroma and flavor of the beans.
