1 cut rice cake 1 tablespoon sugar
Butter 20g (0.71oz)
How to makeCut the cut rice cake to a thickness of 3 to 4 mm, and then cut it into 5 mm squares. Cut it into small pieces as evenly as possible.
Arrange them on a cooking sheet at intervals and heat them in a microwave oven (500W) for about 6 minutes. It's OK if the whole is crispy. If there is uneven baking, remove it from the crispy swelling and heat the rest for about 30 seconds while watching the situation.
Heat sugar and 2 teaspoons of water (not included in the amount) in a frying pan, and when it becomes colored, add butter and dissolve.
Add the roasted mochi and quickly entangle it over low heat.
Place them on a parchment paper and let them cool.
What's the taste?Crispy and light texture! The more you chew, the more fragrant it is, and along with the subtle flavor of mochi, the sweet and salty sugar butter umami slowly melts and spreads. Good! I can't stop eating! You can enjoy it like Japanese popcorn.
In addition to the sugar butter flavor, try arranging with your favorite seasonings such as salt and pepper, consomme, soybean flour, green laver, and curry powder!
