I tried 7-ELEVEN Japanese sweets "Chestnut Daifuku 2 pieces". It is a bite-sized product with a cute chestnut boiled in Kanro-ni.


The selling price is 257 yen (tax included), and the calories are 169 kcal per package. The dough has a chewy texture and is made into Daifuku, which is wrapped in flavorful chestnut bean paste made from chestnuts.


When you open the russet-colored package, you can see two small daifuku, each with a glossy and glittering Kanro-ni.


When placed on a plate, it looks very luxurious. When I put the knife carefully so as not to crush it, a golden bean paste appeared from inside. When you take a look at it, the soft and moist Daifuku dough and the sticky bean paste are complemented by the texture of Kanro-ni.
