Bread specialty store "Takasho"

The bread specialty store "Takasho" opened on December 4th in Zushi Ginza Shopping Street in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture. "Hot water roux bread" with a chewy texture will be on sale.

Kosho is a bread specialty store that has opened stores in the Kansai, Kanto, and Hokuriku areas, starting with the first store in Osaka / Awaza (Nishi-ku, Osaka) in 2016. Lined up in the store are carefully selected breads that are carefully finished one by one by skilled artisans. We offer a soft and chewy "water roux bread" made by the "water roux manufacturing method" in which wheat flour is kneaded in boiling water and aged at low temperature. It is slightly sweet and delicious to the ears, and you can enjoy a "mochiri" texture when raw and a "crispy" texture when roasted.

"Hot water roux bread Tokyo Rich" (Kanto area only) is 850 yen per loaf (tax included, same below). In addition, "Ogura Butter", which goes well with hot water roux bread, is also sold for 600 yen per bottle. It is a popular product using domestic butter and red beans from Hokkaido.
