The signature product is "Junsei" bread, which is a mixture of high-quality wheat flour, milk and butter. By using a water roux manufacturing method with high water retention, it is said that the bread is made moist and not dry.


A voucher is required to purchase "Junsei" bread (free sale is available depending on the time and day), but you can enjoy it at the eat-in menu of the in-store cafe. Since I came to Sendai, I ordered "Junsei" bread zunda butter toast (the price at the time of coverage in September was 500 yen).


It takes about 10 minutes to wait in the fashionable store. Zunda bean paste and whipped cream are on top of the hot toast. First of all, when I try to eat only bread, it is soft and fluffy. Even if you eat it alone, the water in your mouth will not be deprived and it will melt in your mouth. It has a slight sweetness and is delicious enough without adding anything.


Zunda, which has a good graininess of edamame, goes well with bread. Whipped cream gives richness to the refreshing scent of edamame. Although they had different textures, they all had a good mouthfeel, and they were completely eaten in no time.


I also ordered a "raw milk" soft parfait (the price at the time of the interview in September was 460 yen). It is finished by taking advantage of the flavor of the material without using any fats and flavors other than milk fat. Choose berries from chocolate, caramel and berries as the sauce.


The soft serve ice cream that is wrapped neatly is as fresh as the soft serve that you eat at the ranch. Sweet and sour berries are entwined with the taste of milk. The crunchy granola on the bottom is a nice accent. While enhancing the soft and smooth texture, it produces a delicious taste that you will never get tired of with its fragrance.
