"Anko Hasanda" is now on sale from the sweets "Amidaike Daikoku". A dish of golden fluffy dough sandwiched with butter that is neither pancakes nor dorayaki.

The selling price is 390 yen (excluding tax) per piece. A type of rotary grill called "Taiko-yaki" in Osaka. The special bean paste butter cream is kneaded with meringue and sandwiched between fluffy and moist dough like souffle.


Anko butter cream is a mixture of two types of butter, and is kneaded with a generous amount of bean paste. The rich flavor of red bean paste, the richness of fermented butter, and salted butter from Hokkaido made from fresh raw milk are added to make it smooth and not too sweet.

In addition, the fluffy dough contains molasses of "Sanuki Wasanbon sugar", and the fragrance of Wasanbon sugar spreads in your mouth according to the moist and fluffy texture.



Two flavors are available: "Tsubu Azuki's Ogura An Butter" and "Matcha Koshi An's Smooth An Butter". It will be sold only on days of the week and in limited quantities.
