S&B "Shredded Basil

S&B's tube seasoning series has added "Shredded Basil" to its lineup, which has been on sale since October 5. The price is 125 yen (excluding tax).


Kizami Basil" is a tube seasoning with a Genovese-like flavor that expresses the gorgeous aroma of chopped basil and the cool feeling that spreads afterwards. Cheese powder, garlic powder, and olive oil are also included to enhance the basil flavor.


I occasionally buy basil when I need it for cooking, but I tend to leave the leftovers to wilt in the refrigerator, so having something like this that can be used in small amounts is very convenient.

This time, I upgraded it by using it for pizza toast. I spread tomato sauce on bread, put pizza cheese on top, lightly squeeze chopped basil on top, and toast it in the toaster.


The pizza toast has a refreshing aroma of basil that gives it a little zing. Tomato sauce and cheese alone would be enough to get you in the mood, but the addition of basil makes it much more flavorful and authentic! It has evolved into a delicious taste that you will never get tired of.



Uses include pizza and pizza toast, basil chicken, carpaccio, soup toppings, pasta, potato salad, and more. Just a quick squeeze is all it takes to add a refreshing flavor to your dishes!
