According to Bronco Billy, Oregano beef is grain-fed for more than 150 days in Australia's vast lands and rich nature, with oregano, a type of herb, added to wheat-based feed. The beef is grilled over charcoal and is described as having a tender and aromatic flavor.

Multiple sizes of 200g (7.05oz) and 400g (14.11oz) are available, each as a stand-alone item or as a "Bronco Set". The set includes a "fresh salad bar" with all-you-can-eat salads, fruits, and desserts, "Okamado gohan" (rice cooked in a large kamado) or bread made from Koshihikari rice produced in Uonuma, and "authentic corn soup".

The price is 2,948 yen (tax included) for the 200g (7.05oz) size (with bronco set) and 3,608 yen for the 400g (14.11oz) size (with bronco set), and 5,148 yen for the 400g (14.11oz) size (with bronco set).
