The highlight of the rose pudding is the image of Akao Herb & Rose Garden, which is a two-layered dish with a sauce using bright rose petals. The lower layer is seasoned with dried roses and rose sauce, and the upper layer of pudding is seasoned with apricot kernel and white peach, which go well with roses.
