1 teaspoon each tube of garlic and ginger
2 teaspoons of oyster sauce and soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sake
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
How to makeDivide the lotus root in half vertically and slice it to a thickness of about 5 mm. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sake in a container to make a sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add garlic and ginger to the tube.
Add lotus root with garlic and ginger scent and bake on both sides.
When it gets brown, add sauce and simmer while entwining the whole to complete.
