Mugen Kabu
Ingredients
Here is what you need to prepare.2 whole stemmed turnips
1 can tuna
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Wash, peel, and finely slice the turnip. Boil the turnip stems quickly in boiling water or microwave for 1-2 minutes to lightly heat through, then squeeze out the water and cut into small pieces.

Place the chopped turnips and stems in a bowl and add the oiled tuna.

Add sesame oil, chicken broth, salt and pepper, and mix everything together roughly.

Place in a bowl, and voila!

How does it taste?
Crunchy and delicious! The slightly spicy and fresh flavor of the turnip is wrapped in savory and mild sesame oil. The spicy pepper accentuates the flavor. The umami from the mountains and the sea from the chicken bones and tuna are intertwined to create an addictive flavor.
The flavor packs a punch, but the throat clearing is so refreshing that it's truly endless! If you eat it freshly made right away, you can enjoy the crispy raw texture of the capsicum. Both are delicious, so take your pick!
