The take-out bento chain "Hotto Motto" will sell new "Tsunamayo Shiokonbunori Bento" and "Hakata Meita Mayo Karaage Bento". Both are available from November 2nd.

"Tsunamayo Shio Konbu Nori Bento" is 390 yen (tax included, same below). Tuna mayonnaise is spread under the bento paste, and salted kelp is sprinkled on it.

The umami of tuna mayo is accented with the salty taste of kelp, creating a mellow taste that is in harmony with the rice. You can enjoy it with chikuwa tempura and fried white fish. A more luxurious "Tsunamayo Shiokonbu Toku Nori Tal Bento" is also available for 480 yen.

"Hakata Meita Mayo Kara Bento" is 480 yen. Since it is seasoned with menta sauce and menta mayonnaise, it is tailored to be eaten with chopped paste scattered on the fried food.

The sauce is based on the pickled cod roe with kelp and fish sauce, and the umami and spiciness are condensed. This is fried and fried with bubble wrap mayonnaise, so that you can enjoy the authentic taste of Hakata menta. A more luxurious "Hakata Meita Mayonnaise Bento" is also available for 580 yen.
