Hotto Motto "Vegetable-Stuffed Bibimbap" and "Yangnyeom Chicken & Kalbi Yakiniku Bento"

A series of popular Asian gourmet dishes will appear at Hotto Motto. The first two Korean dishes, "Vegetable-Stuffed Bibimbap" and "Yangnyeom Chicken & Kalbi Yakiniku Bento" will go on sale on April 4 (Tuesday). The second series will be available around mid-April.

The "Bibimbap with Vegetables," which has been well-received every year, is a vegetable-rich menu that provides one-half of one's daily vegetable intake. It is colorfully arranged with grilled meat, komatsuna, yuzu daikon radish, bean sprouts namul, and Chinese cabbage kimchi on a bed of rice. The spiciness can be adjusted from slightly spicy to very spicy depending on the amount of bibimbap sauce added as an attachment. The price is 550 yen (tax included).


According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Healthy Japan 21 (Second Stage)," the target for vegetable intake is an average of 350g (12.35oz) per day.

Yangnyeom Chicken

& Kalbi Yakiniku Bento

Yangnyeom chicken is a Korean dish consisting of crispy fried chicken with a sweet and spicy sauce called "yangnyeom. Hotto Motto's signature yangnyeom sauce for fried chicken has a deep taste with the spiciness of chili pepper and gochujang, sweetness from the addition of honey and pear juice, and richness from the addition of miso and sesame seeds. The yangnyeom chicken with a spicy sauce that lingers in the mouth is a perfect match with rice.


The Kalbi Yakiniku is a satisfying dish that allows you to enjoy two types of meat dishes at once. The price is 540 yen (tax included).
