"Kizuna Red Sea Bream Salt" is a product created in cooperation with a fisherman in Ehime Prefecture, who is suffering from a decrease in sales channels due to corona stagnation. The original taste of red sea bream is brought out by aging the red sea bream landed at the time when the oil is good. In particular, the lenticel has a strong greasy texture, and you can make it even more delicious by burning the lenticel with a burner just before serving. Sale until November 5th. The price is consistently 110 yen (tax included, same below).
