Hanamaru Udon "Warmth, Melty! Ankake Fair"

At each Sanuki udon chain "Hanamaru Udon" store (excluding some stores), "Warmth, Toro-ri! Ankake Fair" will be held from September 29th. The implementation period is until mid-November.

"Beef egg ankake" and "Hot and sour soup (Sanrattan) udon" will be on sale for a limited time as "Warmth, Toro-ri! Ankake Fair".

"Beef egg ankake" is a generous topping of slightly sweetened beef. Hanamaru's unique "an" made from soup stock goes well with beef and thick egg. Ginger accents the taste and chopsticks advance.

"Hot and sour soup (Sanrattan) udon" has a mellow and rich black vinegar that uses only domestic brown rice, and sesame chili oil that is made by slowly boiling chili peppers with sesame oil. We use plenty of ingredients that are nice for the body, such as wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and steamed chicken, which are rich in dietary fiber and have an irresistible crunchy texture. It's full of sour and umami that makes you sick.
