A mountain god fell in love with the only daughter of a man named Sataro, and Sataro offered potatoes and chestnuts, the mountain god's favorite food, to get him to give up on his daughter. The mountain god gave up on her, and from then on, villagers began to offer potatoes and chestnuts whenever they had a wish, and Sataro became known as "Imokuri Sataro.


In addition to sweet potatoes and chestnuts, the ingredients include white kidney bean paste, butter, granulated sugar, cheese, and Western wine. They are baked to the perfect degree of perfection by skilled artisans.
