Baumkuchen specialty store "S Terrace" (Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture) sells sweets "Aisuba Umu" that are perfect for summer. The price is 250 yen (excluding tax).

S Terrace is a shop that sells Western confectionery using local ingredients such as rice flour from Saitama Prefecture's rice "Aya no Kagayaki" and wheat flour from Saitama Prefecture "Sato no Sora". There is a cafe, and lunch with plenty of vegetables is also offered.

Aisuba Umu is made by putting a mousse in a "hole" in Baumkuchen using "Aya no Kagayaki" and freezing it. Six flavors of mousse are available: cassis, mango, chocolate, vanilla, matcha, and rare cheese.

The store will be exhibited at the event "Tera Fes Kobuchiyama 2016" to be held on August 7th at Kobuchiyama Kannonin in Kobuchi, Kasukabe City.
