The first Tokyo 100-year story-baked caramel-is a softly baked dough that is impregnated with a sauce inspired by the taste of Morinaga Milk Caramel. Using rich mascarpone cheese made from Hokkaido milk and Hokkaido wheat, it is said to have a moderate elasticity and a moist and smooth mouthfeel. You can also enjoy the perfect balance of bittersweetness and sweetness by adding homemade caramel.


The price is 680 yen for 4 pieces, 977 yen for 6 pieces, and 1,625 yen for 10 pieces, all including tax.

It will be on sale from June 7th to 13th at the Daimaru Tokyo store. After that, it will be released sequentially at souvenir shops such as JR Tokyo Station, Narita Airport, and Haneda Airport.
