1 bitter gourd salt 1/2 teaspoon1 tablespoon of white sesame soy sauce
Mentsuyu (3 times concentrated) 2 teaspoons
2 tbsp honey
2 teaspoons of vinegar
◆ How to make
1. Cut bitter gourd in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cotton with a spoon, and slice into 3-5 mm slices.2. Sprinkle salt on bitter gourd, soak it well, leave it for about 10 minutes, and squeeze the water well.
