Stir-fried Pork and Bitter Melon with Kimchi
Ingredients
1 bitter gourd150 g thinly sliced pork
80 g Chinese cabbage kimchi
2 eggs
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Wash and cut bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove the inside of the melon and seeds, and slice into thin strips about 3 mm wide. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the water that comes out.Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and saute pork over medium heat.
When the color of pork changes by half, add bitter gourd and soy sauce and stir-fry.
