Ezaki Glico "Bisco [Maple]" and "Bisco [Strawberry]".

Ezaki Glico Bisco [Maple] Bisco [

Strawberry] Bisco [Maple] and Bisco [Strawberry] from Ezaki Glico's lactic acid bacteria cream sandwich cookie "Bisco" will go on sale. They will go on sale on August 8.

This year marks the 90th anniversary of the long-selling "Bisco" brand. It is also characterized by the fact that it contains plenty of calcium, vitamin D, vitamin B1, and vitamin B2. Bisco will now offer two new flavors: "Bisco [Maple]" and the greatly renewed "Bisco [Strawberry]".

Bisco [

Maple] The cream portion is made with maple sugar made by boiling down maple syrup produced in Quebec, Canada. Caramel powder is used as a secret ingredient in the cream to enhance the maple flavor. In order to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, the cookies are made from "milk cookies with whole grains," which have a gentle taste.

BISCO [Strawberry]

The strawberries used for the cream portion are carefully selected, and only perfectly ripe strawberries, bright red all the way through, are used. The strawberries are frozen fresh after harvesting and powdered by the freeze-drying method, so you can enjoy the original sweet and sour flavor of strawberries that does not overpower the flavor of the cookie. In order to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, the biscuits are made from "milk cookies with whole grains," which have a gentle taste.

Bisco

Day

"Bisco" has brought smiles to the faces of many parents and children. This year, August 8, the 90th anniversary of Biscuit's launch, is designated as "Biscuit Day" by the Japan Anniversary Association, as it is a day to bring smiles to the faces of parents and children, and is also between Children's Day on May 5 and Good Marriage Day on November 22. The day has been designated as "Bisco-no-hi" by the Japan Anniversary Association.
