Yamagata Mochizuki Peach Melba

A summery dessert made with half slices of Yamagata Prefecture's "Mochizuki" white peaches in syrup and jelly. The glossy appearance is also cool. The price is 389 yen (excluding tax). The product will go on sale on July 3.

Peach Melba is a peach dessert invented by the chef of the Savoy Hotel in the late 19th century for the popular opera singer Miss Nellie Melba in connection with the opera "Lohengrin".

Double Choux (Hokkaido Fresh Cream & Country Ma'am)

Double flavor of whipped cream with Hokkaido fresh cream and Country Ma'am. Chocolate chips accent the cream puffs. Price: 150 yen.

Sweet Summer Bavarois Cake

Bavarois cake with the accent of sweet summer in syrup on the top. The sponge is layered with a refreshing sweet summer bavarois batter. The price is 362 yen. The product will go on sale on July 3.
