Nakau "Toriten Sudachi Grated Udon"

"Toriten Sudachi Grated Udon" will be on sale on July 2nd at "Nakau", a bowl of yellowtail and Kyoto-style udon (excluding some stores). Scheduled to end sales in mid-September.

"Toriten's Sudachi Grated Udon" is a limited-time product that combines Nakau's summer staple "Sudachi Grated Udon" with chicken tempura "Toriten", which is widely popular in Oita Prefecture. Toriten is fried chicken from Kyushu in a special batter made by adding Yamaimo flour to wheat from Oita prefecture, and the crispy and fluffy texture is addictive. The taste is refreshing, and it goes well with the smooth chilled udon noodles and the refreshing sourness of the sudachi cut in the store.

You can take it home or purchase "Toriten" separately. You can also try the original combination with Nakau's "Haikara Udon". Products covered by the "Sudachi Grated Udon 20th Anniversary Campaign" that started on June 25th.
