Sylvaine ice cream

From Bourbon, the sweets-like triangle cup ice cream "Silvaine Ice" will be on sale from June 29th. A dish inspired by the long-selling chocolate cake "Silvaine".


The content is 94 ml, and the estimated price is 200 yen (excluding tax). The fourth in Bourbon's "Sweet Ice" series. Ice cream is put in a triangular cup, the top is covered with chocolate, and it is a cup ice cream with raisin chocolate on it.

Biscuit chips and crispy chocolate are added to the ice cream part where you can feel the umami of the egg as an accent to the texture, expressing a cake-like taste. You can enjoy the smooth chocolate coated on the top and the ice cream with a hint of Western liquor.


The release date differs depending on the region, and the Kyushu region (Fukuoka prefecture, Saga prefecture, Nagasaki prefecture, Oita prefecture, Miyazaki prefecture, Kumamoto prefecture, Kagoshima prefecture, Okinawa prefecture) will be handled from June 29th. Hokuriku / Shinetsu / Chubu region (Niigata prefecture, Nagano prefecture, Ishikawa prefecture, Toyama prefecture, Fukui prefecture, Shizuoka prefecture, Aichi prefecture, Gifu prefecture, Mie prefecture) will be handled from July 27th. The Kansai region (Osaka prefecture, Kyoto prefecture, Shiga prefecture, Hyogo prefecture, Wakayama prefecture, Nara prefecture) will be handled from August 31st.
