Bourbon "Kumejima Red Imo Ice Cream

Bourbon will release "Kumejima no Beni Imo Ice Cream," a monaka ice cream using "Chura Koi Beni," a red sweet potato produced on Kumejima Island, Okinawa Prefecture, on March 21. It will be available at mass merchandisers, drugstores, retail stores, and kiosks nationwide.

The "Kumejima Red Imo Ice Cream" is proposed as a "local ice cream" using ingredients unique to each region, to help those who are unable to go out as much as they would like. It is a monaka ice cream that uses "Chura Koi Beni" (red sweet potato) powder produced on Kumejima Island, and is designed to resemble the taste of sweet potatoes flavored with red sweet potatoes.

BENI-IMO powder is added to the ice cream and the sauce in the center of the ice cream. You can enjoy the gentle flavor and sweetness of red potatoes until the very last bite. Contents: 150 ml, open price.
